Joker888 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guide

By registering, accessing, or using the joker888 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and joker888 ("Platform").

The joker888 platform is restricted to individuals who simultaneously meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not acting as an agent or representative of any third party for gambling purposes.
• Not holding an existing joker888 account, whether active, suspended, or terminated.
• Possesses full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

Joker888 also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to decline registration to any individual without providing any reason. Such decisions are final and non-negotiable.

3.1 Registration Process

To register a joker888 account, you are required to provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. All information provided during registration must be your own, truthful, and verifiable.

3.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to have one (1) joker888 account only. This includes accounts registered under different details but owned by the same individual, or accounts sharing an IP address within the same household. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of joker888's Terms & Conditions and will result in:

• Immediate termination of all associated accounts.
• Forfeiture of all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings.
• Permanent ban from the joker888 platform.
• Reporting to the relevant authorities where fraud is involved.

3.3 Password Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joker888 account password and login credentials. joker888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from the disclosure of your password to a third party, whether voluntary or otherwise.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by joker888 are subject to the following general terms and conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the relevant promotion.

5.1 Rollover Requirements

Bonuses credited to your joker888 account must meet the rollover requirements before any withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover requirements are as follows:

• Deposit Bonus: 20x rollover on the total of deposit + bonus.
• Cashback Bonus: 3x rollover on the cashback amount.
• Rebate Bonus: 1x rollover on the rebate amount.
• Freebet Bonus: 5x rollover on the freebet amount.

Only bets placed on eligible games count towards rollover requirements. Games excluded from rollover calculations will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.2 Prohibited Bonus Usage

Joker888 bonuses may not be used for low-risk betting strategies or "arbitrage" aimed at meeting rollover requirements with minimal risk. joker888 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if such strategies are detected.

All bets placed on the joker888 platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for each game type – including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, IPL cricket, poker, lottery, and Live Casino – are outlined in their respective game sections.

• Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled by the Member.
• Joker888 reserves the right to void or correct bets placed at odds that are clearly the result of a technical error.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled after it has commenced, the refund policy will apply in accordance with joker888's sports betting rules published separately.
• Joker888 reserves the right to set maximum and minimum bet limits for any game or match at any time.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds and the actual odds at the time a bet is confirmed, joker888 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the funds.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs in your joker888 account. To keep your account secure, joker888 recommends the following measures:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session on any shared device.
• Contact joker888 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

Joker888 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a Member's own negligence in safeguarding their account credentials.

The following are strictly prohibited on the joker888 platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action, including permanent account termination:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly poker and Live Casino.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software, bots, or any computer program to play, bet, or interact with the platform without joker888's written consent.
• Hacker: Attempting to hack, breach, or exploit any vulnerability within joker888's systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the joker888 platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities.
• Identity Fraud: Registering for or using an account under another person's identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts or unauthorized methods to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Disruption: Harassing, threatening, or abusing any platform user or joker888 staff through any communication channel.

9.1 Termination by Member

You may close your joker888 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all rollover requirements and KYC verification have been fulfilled.

9.2 Termination by joker888

Joker888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Member account with or without prior notice if:

• Any section of these joker888 Terms & Conditions has been violated.
• The account is involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Identity verification could not be completed within the stipulated timeframe.
• A request has been received from the relevant authorities to close the account.
• Joker888 has decided to discontinue services to certain locations or Member categories.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, joker888 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a Member as a result of betting activity on the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond joker888's control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to disruptions from third-party banking or e-wallet providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account due to the Member's own negligence.
• Any game or bet outcome that occurred during a technical disruption that has been correctly resolved by the system.

In all circumstances, joker888's maximum liability to any Member is limited to the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

The collection, use, and protection of your personal data by joker888 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy page. By using the joker888 platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your data as described in that Privacy Policy.

Joker888 complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) in all matters relating to our Members' personal data. We will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

If you have any complaints regarding joker888's services, we encourage you to reach out through the channels provided. joker888's complaint resolution process is as follows:

• Step 1: Contact joker888 customer support via Live Chat or email support@joker888.wine with a clear description of your complaint.
• Step 2: Our support team will provide an initial response within 24 hours working.
• Step 3: For more complex complaints, a formal investigation will be conducted and the outcome communicated within 7 working days.
• Step 4: If you are not satisfied with the decision given, you may request a review by joker888 senior management.

Joker888's decision on any dispute is final and binding. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian law.
